We are getting the food catered from Les Flavoureax in Gatineau, and it will be served buffet-style with high tables and other spots for guests to sit and eat.

Drink
We will be serving red and white wine, home-brewed blond beer and Aperol spritzes, as well as mixed drinks and non-alcoholic drinks on request.
Here's the menu that we will have at the wedding. Benny, Sarah's recently turned 18, just graduated nephew, will be serving drinks.
We will serve two whites - a Sauvignon Blanc and a Pinot Grigio, as well as a Rose
We will be serving a Francis Ford Coppola Diamnond Collection Claret wine, since the wedding is at 65 rue du Claret from 2021, Claret is similar to Bordeaux wine, popular in the UK. Yes, it's American. Yes, we bought it before all the tariff trouble.
We will serve Aperol Spritzes and St. Germaine Spritzes during cocktail hour, or other custom mixed drinks on request.
We will also have a variety of non-alcoholic drinks available on request. If you have a special drink request - alcoholic or non-alcoholic - let us know.
